Tips and Instructions for completing this WOD

  1. Intro – Score is the number of DB Snatch during the last AMRAP
  2. Pace – Don’t start with your fastest pace, be at 70% of your max pace, not faster than that, its a long day 🙂
  3. How – Try to go unbroken during the first 2 minutes, then start to take some rest between rounds to keep a reasonable pace
  4. Expected Reps – Beginner 50 DB Snatch | Intermediate 60 DB Snatch | Advanced 70+ DB Snatch
