Tips and Instructions for completing this WOD
- Intro – Score is the number of DB Snatch during the last AMRAP
- Pace – Don’t start with your fastest pace, be at 70% of your max pace, not faster than that, its a long day 🙂
- How – Try to go unbroken during the first 2 minutes, then start to take some rest between rounds to keep a reasonable pace
- Expected Reps – Beginner 50 DB Snatch | Intermediate 60 DB Snatch | Advanced 70+ DB Snatch
